Queer Aging BC supports Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex, asexual, and other sexually and gender diverse people aging across British Columbia.We often use the word queer as an umbrella term. It helps us speak clearly about a broad and beautifully varied community without listing every identity every time. But specificity still matters. Some people see themselves in the word queer. Some people do not. Some people identify more strongly as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, Two-Spirit, intersex, asexual, or something else entirely.
